2-9 business days within the contiguous U.S., packages may take up to three to five weeks to reach Alaska and Hawaii, 10-20days to Canada. Please note these are estimated delivery time under normal circumstances and delivery time may change depending on the carrier you choose. Also, unexpected events such as troubles at customs clearance, rough weather, natural disasters, local transport disruption can affect the transport of goods and cause delay in delivery.

In the unfortunate scenario you were able to purchase an out of stock product, we will contact you via email to confirm the cancelation and you will be fully refunded.
Defective Products
In the unlikely scenario you received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery time. To be eligible for refund or return, you must contact us within 7 days. Any subsequent inquiries will not be refunded or exchanged. We will cover returned products shipping expenses. If the product size description is incorrect by more than half an inch, we will deem the product defective.
Refund, Exchange and Return Policy
At our stores, we do not accept return due to any reasons. Please understand it is also not possible to exchange for reasons such as change of mind, misinterpreted brand name, the item appeared differently from the image, undesirable fit or comfort (product size charts are available on the product page).

Delivery Time
Once we receive your order, we will try shipping the same day. In the event the carrier is unable to deliver the package and it returns to us, we will not reschedule another delivery of the returned package from our end. Please be ready to receive your package after placing order. Also in the event we identify any malignant activities, you will be charged for any damages caused and we will stop accepting orders.
